Overview of Live Streaming Regulations
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of live streaming on Bitget Live, we have introduced new regulations concerning AFK (Away From Keyboard) streaming practices. These measures aim to create a more engaging and interactive experience for our users while maintaining a high standard of content delivery.
Definition of AFK Streaming
AFK streaming is defined as follows:
- No human voice during a specified timeframe, meaning that streams which contain only background music will also be classified as AFK.
- No chat interactions are permitted, limiting audience engagement and interaction.
Penalty Rules for AFK Streaming
To deter AFK streaming behaviors, we will implement the following penalty framework:

| 1st detection | Streamer will be contacted for a warning. |
| 2nd–3rd detection | The current stream will be cut off, with warnings issued. |
| 4th detection | A warning will be issued, and streaming access will be revoked for 3 days. |
| AFK again after resuming | A warning will be issued, and streaming access will be revoked for 7 days. |
| Further detections | A warning and permanent revocation of streaming access. |
Appeal Process
If a streamer disagrees with any action taken against them regarding their streaming behavior, they can appeal by contacting our official customer service team or Telegram support at @BitgetLiveOfficial. We encourage fairness and transparency in our processes, and appeals will be reviewed promptly.
